Nice baking set. There is almost everything you need. They have a good finish so I hope it lasts a long time and lasts a few washes. But I personally don't rely on the coating in the pan when baking. I use a homemade cake divider (equal parts oil, fat and flour) or cake cookies on a silicone baking mat, for example: Vremi, set of 3 silicone baking mats - silicone baking mat with non-stick coating - half a quarter sheet silicone mats for baking for cookie sheets skillets - silicone sheet on wheels non-stick - Cooking Mats I love the little silicone ridges on the sides, but don't think you'll be able to pick up this pan after it's in the oven without oven mitts. You are sorely mistaken. This will help hold the pan but won't protect your fingers and the plan will be too heavy to hold with just your fingers!
