I ordered this shoe in a 9 1/2. It was a little big but I was going off of all the feedback to order a 1/2 size larger. I reordered this shoe in a 9 and the attached picture is what I received in it's place. Not the shoe I ordered but I can't get the other one before my daughter's wedding on Nov. 11th. It's ok though I like the chunk heal on the new one. It feels safer but I was a little shocked when I opened the box. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they were so accommodating. They offered to send me a free pair of shoes to correct the error. I declined as that was not necessary but the gesture alone was enough to keep me coming back in the future! Great seller to deal with!
