I love this bag! I needed a bag for my 17 inch laptop to take to the coffee shop. I couldn't find what I liked and what I could afford in different stores. This one is perfect! It has everything I want in one bag. Drink holders have spoiled me for any future bag. I like that it's inside and not visible. It keeps my laptop safe. The handles are long enough to fit on my shoulder and be comfortable (which was essential in a bag. I have a toddler and need my hands free). Black - Dark gray fabric with black faux leather trim. Looks professional. The only complaint is that with a laptop in the bag and not much extra weight to add value, the bag doesn't stand up and always falls in the opposite direction of the laptop, but if you plan on having a fuller bag, if this is the case there shouldn't be a problem. I am very happy that I found this bag. The inner zip pocket is deep enough to be used just like the outer zip pocket. It really couldn't have been much better. The bag should be practical and comfortable, not pretty but useless.
