Time for upgrades and upgrades
I was still using the gauges I bought in 1973. There was no planned obsolescence back then. However, last Christmas baking season convinced me that I deserve new tools with amounts actually read with each bite and not written in black marker which, despite claims to the contrary, washes off after a while.
