Cosmetic braces "Smile for half a year" were only put on my bottom teeth, and for the first month I had to wax them 24 hours a day (except for brushing my teeth). Now sometimes I still need it. I've burned 24 packs in about 2 months and I expect the next batch of 24 to get me there. I can't imagine running out of these things; It pays to have extra things that I put in my purse, on the table, etc. so I can never go without them. Also, the GUM brand was very difficult to use (I couldn't even get it to "peel" off the packaging to put in my mouth). Dentek is simple and effective.
