Review on ComAround Knowledge by Jeff Labore

I love how easy it is to use and how well organized everything is. It's also very intuitive so there are not many learning curves involved. Some of the features seem like they could be improved, but nothing major. Try it out! There have been many times where I've had to do searches for something specific that I was looking for and thought "I know this exists somewhere". But when I search for it, it turns up on a different website or in a totally unexpected place. For example, I was researching a particular word processor and realized there were several options and I wanted to compare them all. After some searching, it turned out that one of the more popular ones was called WordPerfect. I'm sure that I would never have found that without using ComAround. The best thing about this app is that it makes everything so simple for our customers! We can help them with any question they have with ease because it's all in one place. I wish they had more customer service training as we are learning by doing but it's getting better. This has made our job easier by allowing us to provide quality customer experience at every touch point of the support cycle.
