I bought these mugs because I thought they would be good mugs for my kids and that the color change would be fun. We've had them for less than a week and two of them have already broken. They are not durable and if your child drops one the plastic will splinter or break. We didn't put them in the dishwasher. Lids don't close tightly. This may be fine for an adult seated at a table or table, but if you think they'll be well on their way, they're not.
