I like that it's easy enough so anyone at any level in an organization or school can use it without much training required.

That there are many options available when setting up your class/course structure. There really isn't anything i dislike about this program other than perhaps not having more templates out yet? However, we have been able to create some awesome courses using their system! We've recently started creating online classes as part of my work schedule which makes things easier because they're all done through one place instead of going back & forth between different systems.
