Review on 🔌 Rasfox Powered HDMI to AV/RCA Converter: High-quality 1080p HDTV Adapter with 1 Year Warranty by Issac Burnett

I bought this unit mid February 2018 and it has worked great as it provides an RCA signal to my DVD recorder. Well that didn't work out this week and I contacted Revane to inquire about a replacement. Revain told me to contact Rasfox directly as the 30 day window had expired. So I found Rasfox.com and clicked on the Contact Us tab. I emailed them to say the unit was defective and how to get a replacement. Judy told me they would send a replacement and I did NOT have to return the defective unit. I received a new replacement transducer today and it appears to be fully functional. Yes! A company that supports its product with a minimum of bureaucracy! Well done Rasfox! If I ever need another type of converter, I look for Rasfox first! Well, the plugin fell apart last March; Although I unplugged the device after each use. I contacted RASFOX for another one year warranty exchange; However, a person named Peter informed me that they (RASFOX) would NOT send me another replacement as the original (and faulty) unit was out of warranty (at least a month). Apparently these HDMI to RCA converters can only handle the heat generated. So beware of RASFOX. I will NEVER buy anything with the RASFOX name.
