I increased the size to XL over my normal L. I have a very comfortable, perfect fit with no extra fabric flying around. I use this as a lightweight base layer or pin art for hiking in cool but not cold weather. No binding and excellent temperature regulation. A fantastic addition to my Minus 33 mid-weight Merino wool set.
