My scalp is very sensitive but it loves Zinc Pyrithicone! This shampoo has mild detergents and thankfully not a lot of excess residue. I can use it 4-5 times a week with no problems, ZERO flakes or itching. I would have preferred it unscented but the smell is ok and goes away after rinsing so I'm more than willing to ignore it. I also used DHS coal tar but it ended up being too strong although I still have it to flare up when needed.
