Didn't work: Phones and accessories

The first phone I received didn't work. So they let me order a new cable. As soon as I replaced the cable, the beeping stopped. So they sent a new phone. Received and still no beep. They ended up demanding a refund. It's a phone, it must be so heavy, just plug and play. I thought it would be cool for a little used landline phone. Uh huh, no way. I do not recommend!
