Daughter is going to college. We ended up using them for packing on our beach vacation and then for camping and ended up buying a second set! They were great for college moving and have become permanent storage bags for our inflatable kayaks (whose original bags were torn), boating gear and other camping supplies. No need to dig in - The fabric handles wrap completely around the bag so the weight is held by the straps, not the plastic - The plastic is thick and strong - Holds plenty of weight - we loaded a few items that were difficult to manage lugging around but they held up well - Waterproof - well not the zip but the fact that the material of the bag is waterproof was a big plus. Cons: - The zipper is a bit lighter than I would have liked. One zip came loose out of 16 pockets but the bag is still usable as the second zip on this bag still works. - The plastic material doesn't slip on its own, so if you're trying to fit several of these bags in your car, it can be difficult because they stick together. Overall, we're very happy with its price ($45 for 8 bags) and durability.
