It took me about a month to receive it but I have to say it was worth the wait. I went through this bag inch by inch looking for imperfections and weak points. The only thing I could find was a plastic clip, but I'm not rough with my bags so don't worry. I could cut them down and find metal versions to be honest, but overall I'm very satisfied. I will note that the dedicated phone mount is probably outdated because it only fits my backup charger. And my phone doesn't fit in the hidden pocket on the shoulder strap, but I usually carry it on my side. Great bag believe me.
