I may be the only person in the world who had no idea this cable even existed or what the weird connector on my laptop was for, I just did Bought all sorts of devices to allow my HP laptop to share the screen with the TV, including using Zoom Room at work (I love Zoom), but I needed a simple and very reliable way to share my laptop's screen with the HDTV . in powerpoint with presenter view so i can access my notes instead of just mirroring the screen (like zoom always struggles with speakers for video). This cable does exactly what I need - the picture is very sharp and clear. I highly recommend this cable.
