Great for making mini recipes, especially cakes!

If you love mini recipes these pans will make you happy. I use them to make a brownie recipe for just two brownies. You simply roll up some foil and slide it into the pan for easy removal after the brownies are baked. I like that they are durable and dishwasher safe. I bake with them at 350 degrees with no problems. I'm so glad to have them as they will last a while! During the holidays I sometimes bake small cakes, which make good gifts. Rebecca's review
