Worked for me even though I had no idea what was wrong with my kitchen light.
My kitchen light blinked on and died. Flipped switch, blinked for second dead after that.Purchased a new ballast at the hardware store. Spent an 45 minutes installing, no flicker no light.Purchased these bulbs because they stated they worked with ballast and ballast bypass.Did not work with the ballast. (Yes, I did the wiring correct). Spent 10 minutes and did the ballast bypass.Let there be light. I do like the fact that there are three color temperatures as I decided on the lowest, daylight. It was easy to switch the bulbs between setting.We will see on the longevity. But happy to have light now.
