All is not well

I am not sure I received a product that has been stored for a while as the scrubber buffer crumbles when I use it. It doesn't smell that strong. It's like using a washcloth on your feet, nothing special. The features requested for the evaluation do not really help to give an accurate evaluation of the product. never mind
