I use a 3 monitor setup for work. with a 22" center Dell with 20" Samsung Syncrons on each side. Assembly was quick and not difficult. The bracket is strong and durable, holds the monitors well. You can adjust the position of the monitor up and down by turning the center screw on the bracket. You can also tilt the monitors forward or backward, tilt the side monitors on the bracket left or right, and move the bracket arm forward and backward. The bottom of my monitors sits about 7 inches above the table top. Pros: Overall good value for money. Cons: Had to tighten the screw heavily to prevent the monitor from tipping (concerned about stripping the threads). I haven't had any alignment issues with the monitors, which should be flush and even on the sides, but horizontal alignment - right monitor sits 1/4' lower than right, same model, and I've increased the settings.
