I have a night watchman and a servant.

I have a nightcap and brace that I have had to wear every night for the past 5-10 years. I had a really dirty and disgusting looking night cream buildup from 3 years ago. Once I started using it daily, I noticed that it helped loosen and clear buildup. The taste is not too strong or coarse even when washed. It's just that they feel a bit slimy/slippery if you don't wash them off completely before use. I let mine soak all day, but they can be used for a quick 5-10 minute soak if you forget!
