When I opened the Rug Rat to clean it by removing the screw, a small clip fell off which I believe was securing the internal screw hole. When I lifted it up and put it back on the inner screw hole, I saw that the inner plastic had broken and only half of the hole remained. I don't know if the clip was placed over the broken part of the plastic hole or if it was reinforcement. Anyway, the clip didn't hold because the plastic broke. I put the clip over the hole anyway and carefully put it back together. I tested it and after that it worked, but I have doubts about the quality of the device. What a disappointment!
