This little clip should work for anyone with magnifying glasses or clip-on flashlights. The holding power is amazing and it doesn't damage the surface. I have to move the light around a lot so not having to make some indentations on the table is great. Since I have to move the magnifying light combo several times, I found the standard handle they have a bit small. However, those who want to use it as a semi-permanent light will find it just perfect. For the money I would use it and ditch the standard clip that comes with the new devices, it's really good.
