Helped me get rid of my scrolling addiction

I've been spending too much time on devices. I bought it to get rid of the habit. I started with my device only spending 10 minutes in the box. It was terrible. I felt restless and anxious. I realized how dependent I am. Gradually I found other activities and increased the time. I found it easy to go back to scrolling, so I just go back to lock my devices. I could also use this for game controllers or even junk food snacks. Adults or children dependent on devices.
