I bought this in April and within 2 weeks of not using it much the left stick kept registering as 'push left'. I've tried this on two different Xbox 360 consoles and a Windows PC, same problem each time. The cane itself seemed fine; It didn't get stuck and bounced back into place every time without feeling out of place or worn at all. I contacted the company, filled out the warranty form and they sent me a shipping label to send the controller back for replacement. The replacement came within a month. with the "X" button dangling like that in the controller, it would register a keypress for a week if you even nudge it to the side of the button or touch it the wrong way. I thought "It's just an X button, at least the sticks work fine this time, I'll accept my loss and work around it." Wrong. The next week, the same issue reoccurred, with the left stick behaving as if it was being held with the left side. I contacted the company again and they told me to send it back. However, this time NO shipping label was sent and I had to pay for it out of my own pocket. A month later I received the controller back. I used it every few days, maybe an hour or so during each play session, and don't get me wrong, I WANTED it to work. It feels good in hand, worked well as a wired controller, and seems like a good replacement for the official controller. However, here we are in November, 4 months after I replaced my controller for the second time, and AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM with the left stick. I've already spent as much money on this controller as I have on an official Revain Xbox 360 controller and I don't want to try to replace it again. I don't think I would buy any product from this company again; It's a shame because I've had SEVERAL OTHER controllers from them for PS3, Wii etc and never had a problem with them so I struggled to find a 360 controller from them. Very, very frustrated.
