I bought this along with another serum (yet to be tried) to see if something could combat my cystic acne. I get acne on my chin from ingrown hairs, from hormones and the really painful cystic that lasts for months. I've been using this serum on top of my regular regimen for a few weeks now. My face seems smoother, the typical acne has not been popping up. I do have a cystic spot coming back up but if this serum knocks it out in a few days, I change the rating to a 5 star.
