The lesson best learned in the kitchen and dining room
I bought these two packs along with the cake irons I already had so we could bake more sandwiches and cakes at the same time. It was terrible. Even after being seasoned and buttered onto the bread and the iron itself, the sandwiches stuck to both sides of the iron. Also, the cast iron seemed to detach from the handle when lit. The inability to turn it back by hand made it very difficult to continue using it. I've gone back to my other two irons and will only buy Roman cake irons from now on.
