This mount is great for the price. Assembly is a little tricky due to the four tiny nuts that bolt everything together. I used an impact wrench to tighten the screws and the mounting frame was slightly bent and tilted outward. After assembly, the frame was not flush by a fraction of a millimeter on one side. It still hangs on the wall but I hung my 50 inch plasma TV on the wall bracket. After hovering, the TV was stuck. I like the easy to remove clips on the bottom of the mount instead of using screws. With other mounts it is very difficult to get to these screws, especially since the bottom screws are tightened while the TV is hanging on the wall. Sometimes there isn't much room to turn around. My mount was only slightly off the wall in terms of height, but the screws on top of the mount fixed that. A few turns of a screw and my TV stood upright, although the mount wasn't perfect. Fantastic idea that my other two lights in my house don't have.
