I end up buying one of these every year or two for the bathroom in my finished basement. There are several manufacturers making heaters similar to this one and so far this one has worked as intended with no quality issues. I believe you get what you pay for and industrial heaters of this type are not expensive. I would buy these again if I need to replace them. Other brands have come up with loud rumbling fans that led my wife to call them tractors. However, this has maintained a quiet operation up to this point. It will easily heat a 10x12 room if moderately insulated.
