Easy to put on and take off Suitable for women
I like these. I wear my flip flops to the gym and wear them to class (longer lifespan). Velcro makes them very light and fast. With them I can easily switch from spinning to HIIT. I don't feel my boots at all during HIIT. worth $$. One question, "red" is not red. More like bright pink. Still nice shoes.
