Data transfer failed

My mum had an almost full 32gb card in her phone and wanted to migrate everything to 64 so she had more storage in her phone and she didn't lose what she had. I copied all the data to my computer and then to this Netac card and the card kept disconnecting. I will no longer succumb to a prime day lightning deal for a brand I don't know much about. Thanks to Revain Extended Returns I was able to get my money back. This product is not reliable. Remember that there were 2 packets and both were the same, kept disconnecting and didn't transfer all the data in one go. So, 2 lemons in a pack, well
