Use velcro to adjust
I bought it because it has a handle on the collar but I'm returning it because it could only be adjusted with velcro and when my dog pulled a little it loosened and was able to slip through. Chapter. So I'm sending it back for that reason. Otherwise I would have kept it because I still like something about it.
