This is a GOOD tool. Called Lyle to ask for the same but bigger said they don't sell well. Another one on the list of things that work for me, but some others. I flattened the strap lugs slightly to remove the driver and rotated it 180 degrees for more leverage and moved it to the base of the filter. It will remove those that the installer didn't lubricate. The seal is then tightened again.
