Review on Ultimate Nutritional Solution: Dr. Harvey's All Natural Daily Food for Budgies and Parakeets by Danielle Erickson

I've spent a lot of time researching budgie seed mixes (note: budgies should always be fed vegetable chops and good quality pellets in addition to seeds to help fight weight gain and fatty liver disease) and have selected a few. After trying another seed mix with an attractive list of ingredients that turned out to be inedible/waste that ended up in the compost, I decided to give Dr. to try out Harvey. This seed mix appears to have a great variety of seeds, no shoddy fillers, smells great and our budgies and cockatiels seem to love it! There is little waste from this meal. My only (minor) complaint is that I don't find it necessary to add the sweet chunks of dried fruit I choose for my budgies (they leave them in the bowl anyway). Other than that, this meal is essentially perfect! Very happy with it as are our little parrots and will buy again.
