The best thing about surge is that it allows me to work from home without losing productivity or quality of my output. I am able to continue working in my pajamas while taking care of our family. It's great! There really isn't anything bad about using this service. They are very responsive if there is an issue at any point during the process which makes things easier for everyone involved (you included!). If you're looking for an online collaboration tool that doesn't cost too much then definitely give them a try. We have been able to keep up production standards and meet deadlines when previously we weren't capable of doing so due lack of time constraints.
