Very nice and comfortable to wear. I carry her on a trestle. Only one ball of cz's can be removed, which for me meant however I wanted to wear them, I had to insert them, from the back of the ear to the front. I used them as my first earrings after healing. When I inserted them from the back to the front, my ear didn't seem to heal completely and I had trouble bringing it forward which resulted in bleeding. I'm sensitive to metals and don't usually have problems with 10k gold, but I got infected and had to have them removed. I replaced them with the 14k hoops I already had and it was a bit difficult to get them to heal again, but I guess that's the nature of tragus and dite piercing. (I have both piercings on both ears at the same time.) I hope this review is useful to someone. In the end I really love these earrings. Someday I can wear your spiral. Or just regular earlobe piercings - 1st through 3rd They would be nice as the top/bottom. The only thing to remember. If you want the zirconia bead to be on top, you need to thread the earring through the piercing from back to front. This can be difficult for some piercers.
