I got tired of constantly refilling my 20 ounce shakers so I more than doubled them. Did a test with 50-50 casein and protein isolate and it was smooth with no lumps or damn casein bubbles. Works great for long workouts at the gym, which is mine most of the time. 2-3 hours a day at the gym, throw ice on this thing and you're done. Firm to the touch, and I checked for leaks when shaking (filled to the top and shaked aggressively while turning the bottle upside down). There are no leaks and everything is fine.
