Review on 🔦 Pack of 2 LIGHTESS Gooseneck Wall Sconces in Black with Dimmable Switch, Industrial Barn Lights Vintage Farmhouse Wall Lamp, CY-8B by Sal Mattocks

This set of 2 lamps is very easy to install. It probably took my husband 5 minutes to get each one out (but remember we're drilling logs, not drywall, so no special mounting hardware was used). They have a beautiful neutral black matte finish. The design is very simple and goes well with my bedroom decor. We installed one on each side of our bed to replace our bedside lamps. There are only 2 minor things I don't like, neither of which are big enough to take the stars off, but it's still worth noting: the bulbs we used hang under the fixture which makes it VERY bright to look at. How blindingly bright. I wanted to find a dimmer or shirt lamp instead, but I keep forgetting. The cord hanging on the wall with the switch is really awkward/ugly. I can't hide it behind the bedside table because then I can't access it to turn on the light. I love that it's not down to a switch that I have to get up to turn off, I just have to find a way to hide the cord while still being able to control it. Aside from those two little things, I really liked the overall look and functionality in my bedroom. I also couldn't believe how cheap they were!
