I cannot confirm if a brown rice conditioner will increase hair growth. I can say that after completing the initial order (which comes with the bottle and spray) when I comb my hair, even if it happens in the morning, no hairs break off on the comb, maybe one. My hair feels soft and shiny. I "accepted my gray" and had to cut off all my dyed hair. The growth part is very difficult as I've always had long hair so I was willing to try anything that helps hair growth, plus I put oil in my hair once a week. While I can't say they grow faster, the new hair is very strong with minimal breakage which is a big plus in the regrowth phase. I will probably be using this product for the rest of my life and I can't say enough about how good my hair feels.
