It is difficult to close the lid to start vacuum sealing.
Fast delivery, well packaged. More specific written instructions are required. The reason for rating this product a 3 was a bad closure of the lid. In order to activate the vacuum seal, both hands must be used on each side of the lid, and quite a bit of pressure must be applied to lock the lid (locked when you hear a click). Apart from the difficult closing of the lid, the product works perfectly. Only time will tell how durable this product is. Good for the price paid.
