Many reviews about this bag say that it is not very durable. I know some people have broken zippers. But I have to say that I had no problems with it! In fact, I've been using this bag for several months now and everything is still intact. I often put my wallet in it. I stuff them and take them with me everywhere, and I'm not gentle with them at all. And this bag held up! I think they solved the problem everyone had with the zipper. I love this bag and if it ever breaks I will buy another one just like it. And by the way, I get a lot of compliments because it's such a unique bag! If I had to find something for the manufacturer to fix, I would say the internal zip should be removed entirely. The back zipper is definitely how I get into my bag every time. The inner zip tends to unravel and the loop holding the flap down tends to detach from the leather button. But it's not very impractical or anything. And I don't have to fix it too often, and nothing has ever fallen out. Just something to know when you look at that person that might annoy you or something.
