Connecting cord is positioned in the front middle of seat cushion making it extremely easy to get feet entangled and in some instances causing the electrical cord to break. Definitely a safety hazard and very poor design feature!Employees also stated the thermostat turns off way too soon, and back of cushion never heats up.I ordered four of these for company employees, but I am getting ready to place a much larger order for an entirely different design.I absolutely DO NOT recommend this product. I ordered these in July, 2022, but it's too late to return or exchange.
