I fitted Brembo 17Z brakes from a Porsche Cayenne SUV to my Audi A4. These are fairly large 6-piston calipers, but I use them closely spaced under the stock 17-inch wheels. Somewhere along the way something caught the adapter tube and ripped out the threads and I leaked brake fluid. I removed the caliper, threw it in my backpack and drove through 8 nearby parts shops and machine shops but no one had a solution and no one wanted to mess with it, although they could tell me the thread size. A spiral coil might not be the best sealing option as there is a helical leak path, but the criss-cross tubes and bleeder plugs seal by forcing the mushroom shape into the bowl seat. As soon as this kit arrived I drilled the hole and tapped it within half an hour. For added security I used red Loctite to make the repair more durable. I gave it a good spin and it withstood an absurd amount of torque. Much better than I thought and my brakes are working normally again. So if you have a Brembo with the same thread size for the bypass tubes and exhaust valves, this kit is for you. Saved me from having to spend $500 to replace a custom made and polished caliper and I'm now a lifelong fan of these little spools.
