Failed after a little over a month

I liked the design and placement of the outlet and I bought this product for the price and the USB-C connector today. Initially it was thought to be loosely plugged into the socket and needed to be reinstalled, but after testing it turned out that all the USB ports are completely dead while the AC outlets continue to work. Of course, I may have encountered an inferior block, but I suspect that reflects the build quality.
