We also use cloth (washable) ones but these Dono disposables can't be beat for ease of use and comfort. They don't bother him at all so they must be comfortable. Easy to put on, and even re-attach after a middle of the night potty call. Soft and no crinkly sounds. He's 24 pounds and wears a size medium.
