A part is missing. The extension cord ends in a female end and must be male in order to plug into an outlet. I bought this kit for a one off job and can't use it because the outlet I need has to be on an extension cord to reach the screw. I see an item that some other sets require, but this set cannot be used without it. (It can be used and fits someone else with different needs. I could use all the bits and connectors IF I don't need an extension cord.) I'd recommend one of the other small kits on this page - if they have a bracket, u have them also a male-to-male adapter that allows you to use an extension cord. could get together.
