Cable broke after about two weeks of ownership. It just hung intact on a hook on the wall, with six pairs of glasses, a pair of sunglasses, and was surprisingly light. Then one night I hear a rumble from another room and the cord, which is like paper thin faux leather less durable than the cord, has snapped and the glasses are on the floor. Unfortunately we lost a pair but luckily I've since bought a lace and that seems to have fixed the issue for now although it's not the best look you live, you'll know I appreciate IDK. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have backup.
