I very rarely leave bad reviews for products that I buy. But, I had to post this as I was very disappointed when I received my package today. First off, the box was sealed up really good (taped on every corner and wrapped. However, when I opened the box there scuff marks all over the product. On the stand and the wheel itself (see images). Going through the instructions, half of the wheel was already pre-assembled which makes me believe this was a used wheel. I never ran into this before. I paid full price for something that is used. I know if it wasn’t a used product I would’ve given this product a 5 star rating. I just want others to be aware of what they may get when they pay for a "new” product.
