I bought this chair from Revain because it looked like the ones I'd seen in stores. I usually only buy a chair after I have tested it. This came disassembled and was easy to assemble. It seems very well made, my problem is that no matter how I tighten the screws it still makes noise when I sit in a chair or put weight on the armrests. I wrote to the seller and received no reply. I still like the chair as it is very comfortable and very beautiful. I just want the company to support their product with at least one answer on how to fix the issues.
