Review on Church Management System by Calvin Hodges

It was very easy to set up so no learning curve for us. I appreciate that it automatically creates invoices with your accounting software as well. I think they might be losing some business by not having an easy way to create a report that allows you to track attendance and payments. It can be helpful in allowing me to see a trend in our church over time. It also helps me prepare my monthly budgets so I am financially prepared for the month ahead. It is simple to navigate with out knowing how it works.It also creates a lot of data about each attendee which can be used for other purposes outside of church management. The interface could use some improvement. It could use a little more user friendly. I have been using this product for almost 10 years now and have not seen any changes that would make me want to switch over. It was the product we needed in order to not only track attendance but also manage payroll, give announcements, etc.
