Size table mixed up. I have a waist 46 and hips 52 which can be any size in the size chart that only mentions the waist and length. I chose 3x as it's my usual size which according to the size chart should have quite a bit of room as the waist could go up to a 54. But it hardly fitted. Even if they were referring to the hips and not the waist, there should still have been two inches of clearance, so I don't really know what the size chart does. In general, ignore the size chart and take what you usually get. If you're between sizes, go one size up. It's stretchy and if it's a bit big it just won't stretch as much. Also in size it is very very short if you have a butt. How do you know if the bottom of your cheeks are short?
